- Cash investment offers – Easiest for you. Sell your house fast to someone whose business it is to fix it up and do: replace cabinets, sinks, flooring, roof, foundation work, paint, landscape, patch walls, fix ceilings, remove junk, countertops, etc. (Good – Fastest way to sell and get you out of a tight spot. You also don’t have to fix up the place to sell it and don’t have months of showing your place to potential people that may or may not want to buy it. Bad – May have to sell at a lower price so that the repair work can be done but often this would have been paid to the real estate agents as commission anyway.)
